Industrious little critters aren't they. You captured the moment perfectly and I like the background you created with the distant mountain. I hope they make the crossing far more safely than some of their kind do when crossing the road.

You have drawn the squirrel so well, he has real character and likability, and the soft watercolour and broken sketchy line is just right. This is a great way for you to go with some portfolio illustrations to get trade book work. I can't wait to see what you do next!
