Pets in a way are an invention. Someone had to come up with the idea of actually taking a wild animal and letting it live in their house. Not to mention the relationship that develops--so much so that the pet becomes a member of the family.
Sweet illustration! I always thinks it's kind of amazing my horse allowes me on his back..He even goes in the direction I ask of him. Well, most of the time =)
