Raj the Bookstore Tiger: Sneak Peak

I've been given permission by the kind folks at Charlesbridge to post a sample spread from the upcoming book "Raj the Bookstore Tiger" written by Kathleen T Pelley. Publishing date is set for Fall of 2010.

Click to enlarge! Lots of details to see.

*edit - added the bat to the cover of the Great Batsby!

I just LOVE this! The color is perfectly charming and so is RAJ. I wonder which one of these children will be grabbing the Great Gatsby off the shelf ... *:)

Thanks so much for the kind words! Yes, the Great 'Batsby' - I need to add the little bat on there. A little homage of one of my favorite books!

Hi Candace! The book is still being finished - I'm on the final art phase and it will all be turned in mid-October.
